For the past year this outrageous blonde has been blasting out of our stereos, making appearances in absurd outfits, and taking over gossip blogs. But who is Lady Gaga? Where did she come from and how did she just burst onto the scene, instantly becoming The Princess of Pop? She can clearly produce fun upbeat songs and dance hits, but who is she as a person? She has done an amazing job of controlling the rumors about her personal life by feeding interviewers too good to be true sound bites, that are all mostly lies. People have no grasp on who she is and would rather believe that she is a hermaphrodite than a sexually charged talented artist. But I want to know more, I want to know who she was in high school, who she is dating, and what her family is like. She is such an other-worldly figure that I can’t figure out if her work is art or just a giant joke on society. Either way, I can’t wait to see her perform at the VMA’s I hope she kills it.
