So after the season premiere of Gossip Girl last night I came to a realization....Chuck Bass is the one. I guess I have felt this way for some time now, but honestly he's amazing.
The love affair started a while back, when Gossip Girl was first on, and I was weirdly attracted his uber preppy a-hole antics. My feelings grew stronger as the show progressed, Chuck got better looking, more preppy, and more outlandish. My feelings reached an all time high this summer when at a party for artist Richard Phillips, Chuck Bass (I have concluded that Ed Westwick and Chuck Bass are same person) saunters into the party in a deep-v, perfectly parted hair, with looks that could kill and stands right next to me at the bar. I sheepishly look over at him, he kinda gives me a "hey, look what I'm about to do" look, and then grabs a bottle of beer and proceeds to open it with his teeth. I was immediately blown away and knew it was in love.
So last night during the premiere of Gossip Girl, when Blaire and him were being all lovey dovey and cute bf/gf, I was reminded by how much I had missed him being on my television every monday night, and now it is my number one goal to go find my own Chuck Bass. Except I'm afraid of people like that tool P.C. from NYC Prep who tried soooo hard to be like Chuck Bass it was embarrassing.
